CASH BONUS PROGRAM
The Cash Bonus Program * is a program unique to Berkshire Real Estate. Here is how it works. When a buyer's agent sells a house the real estate company representing the seller pays the real estate company representing the buyer a commission of between 2% and 3%. Most commissions are in the 2.4% to 2.8% range. We will rebate 15% of the commission or $500, whichever is larger, to our buyers as a cash bonus. You can use this cash for anything you want, moving expenses, new furniture or a well deserved vacation.
